BMS1P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,150 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole assembly, Centrosome duplication, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with BMS1P20 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P20-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Centriole assembly grouped by BMS1P20-low versus BMS1P20-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
