BMS1P20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF3L2, LSM10, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with BMS1P20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P20-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF3L2 grouped by BMS1P20-low versus BMS1P20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
