Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,094 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMS1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with BMS1P2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P2-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P2 results are reported.
