Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,183 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMS1P19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translation, Copper ion homeostasis, and Positive regulation by host of viral genome replication. Each is linked with BMS1P19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P19-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of translation grouped by BMS1P19-low versus BMS1P19-high in STAD.
