Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,865 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMS1P17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PES1, PLOD1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with BMS1P17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P17-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P17→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
