Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BMS1P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BMS1P12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher BMS1P12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BMS1P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.
UVM, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where BMS1P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
