BMS1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,988 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, EPX, and PNP. Each is linked with BMS1P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
