Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with BMS1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P1 results are reported.
