Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP6D1, RPL23AP82, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with BMPR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR2-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
