BMPR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,231 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIKFYVE, TRAK2, and ALS2. Each is linked with BMPR2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR2-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
