Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,655 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KYAT3, GAL3ST2, and MEAF6. Each is linked with BMPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR2-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR2 results are reported.
