BMP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSAT1, FCHO2, and SOD2. Each is linked with BMP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP7 versus PSAT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
