BMP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, IL10RA, and METTL8. Each is linked with BMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP7 versus PIK3CG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
