BMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR_pY1068, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with BMP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by BMP7-low versus BMP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
