BMP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,422 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSX2, N4BP3, and PALM. Each is linked with BMP7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP7 versus MSX2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
