BMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, SIGLEC7, and ZNF716. Each is linked with BMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP7-to-partner and partner-to-BMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by BMP7-low versus BMP7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
