BMP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,023 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL15A1, PLCG2, and RBM47. Each is linked with BMP6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP6-to-partner and partner-to-BMP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP6 versus COL15A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
