BMP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEBOX, LINC02272, and GOLGA2P10. Each is linked with BMP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP6-to-partner and partner-to-BMP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEBOX grouped by BMP6-low versus BMP6-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
