BMP5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,352 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC8A3, CHRDL1, and ASPA. Each is linked with BMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP5-to-partner and partner-to-BMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP5 versus SLC8A3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
