BMP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-9, RNASET2, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with BMP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP4-to-partner and partner-to-BMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP4 versus RNU6-9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
