Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP27, BPIFB6, and OR6J1. Each is linked with BMP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP4-to-partner and partner-to-BMP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 grouped by BMP4-low versus BMP4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
