BMP2K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LACTB, WDR1, and SF3B2. Each is linked with BMP2K in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2K-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP2K versus LACTB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
