BMP2K

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP2K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DQA1, HLA-DMB, and CD4. Each is linked with BMP2K in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2K-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP2K versus HLA-DQA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
