BMP2K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP2K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5088, LINC01842, and UCN. Each is linked with BMP2K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2K-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5088 grouped by BMP2K-low versus BMP2K-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
