BMP2K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,044 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of clathrin-dependent endocytosis, Microtubule polymerization, and Positive regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport. Each is linked with BMP2K in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2K-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of clathrin-dependent endocytosis grouped by BMP2K-low versus BMP2K-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
