BMP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEDAG, NAGPA, and NISCH. Each is linked with BMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP2 versus MEDAG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
