BMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,155 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRP1, ITGA5, and MAF. Each is linked with BMP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP2 versus NRP1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
