Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,473 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation, Neuroendocrine cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with BMP2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation grouped by BMP2-low versus BMP2-high in LIVER.
