BMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L5, OR5V1, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with BMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L5 grouped by BMP2-low versus BMP2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
