Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-765P, TUBB1P2, and NF1P10. Each is linked with BMP15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP15-to-partner and partner-to-BMP15 results are reported.
