Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBTFL1, NLRP8, and SPACA3. Each is linked with BMP15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP15-to-partner and partner-to-BMP15 results are reported.
