BMP15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX57, LAMA1, and ESRP1. Each is linked with BMP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP15-to-partner and partner-to-BMP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHX57 grouped by BMP15-low versus BMP15-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
