Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, REG1B, and OR10W1. Each is linked with BMP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP15-to-partner and partner-to-BMP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by BMP15-low versus BMP15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
