BMF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL586P, MIR548O2, and RNU6-425P. Each is linked with BMF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMF-to-partner and partner-to-BMF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL586P grouped by BMF-low versus BMF-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMF→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
