Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMERB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,453 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMERB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization, Negative regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with BMERB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMERB1-to-partner and partner-to-BMERB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization grouped by BMERB1-low versus BMERB1-high in BONE.
