Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLVRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,816 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLVRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, HBB, and HEMGN. Each is linked with BLVRB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLVRB-to-partner and partner-to-BLVRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLVRB versus HBA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLVRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLVRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
