Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLVRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLVRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1224, LINC01974, and MIR3162. Each is linked with BLVRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLVRA-to-partner and partner-to-BLVRA results are reported.
