Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,963 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLOC1S6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BLOC1S4, DTNBP1, and BLOC1S2. Each is linked with BLOC1S6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S6-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLOC1S6 versus BLOC1S4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
