Across TCGA cell cohorts, BLOC1S6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,921 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLOC1S6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, and Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with BLOC1S6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S6-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S6 results are reported.
