BLOC1S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,187 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLOC1S2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLRX3, NT5C2, and PAIP2B. Each is linked with BLOC1S2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S2-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
