Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLMH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLMH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-65P, RN7SL97P, and CDRT15P7. Each is linked with BLMH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLMH-to-partner and partner-to-BLMH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-65P grouped by BLMH-low versus BLMH-high in READ.
