Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLMH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLMH-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with BLMH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLMH-to-partner and partner-to-BLMH results are reported.
