Across TCGA cell cohorts, BLMH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLMH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, DNA-templated transcription termination, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with BLMH in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLMH-to-partner and partner-to-BLMH results are reported.
