BLM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, IGLC3, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with BLM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLM-to-partner and partner-to-BLM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
