BLM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BLM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENTHD1, OR52D1, and GAGE12F. Each is linked with BLM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLM-to-partner and partner-to-BLM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
