BLACE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLACE RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,192 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLACE-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf34-AS1, PYY2, and RNU6-140P. Each is linked with BLACE in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLACE-to-partner and partner-to-BLACE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLACE→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLACE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
