BIVM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIVM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIVM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, FARP1, and TDRD3. Each is linked with BIVM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIVM-to-partner and partner-to-BIVM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIVM versus ARHGEF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIVM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIVM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
