BIVM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIVM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIVM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZYXP1, SNX3P1Y, and H2BC10. Each is linked with BIVM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIVM-to-partner and partner-to-BIVM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZYXP1 grouped by BIVM-low versus BIVM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIVM→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIVM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
