The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher BIRC8 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BIRC8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, KIRP, and LGG are the cancer types where BIRC8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
