BIRC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with BIRC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC8-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by BIRC8-low versus BIRC8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
